LNs: Time to get an exam. Sensitive skin from elbow down forearm to 5th finger is often pressure on the ulnar nerve at elbow. But with axillary lymph nodes, time for an exam if they are enlarged, tender, etc.

Cellulitis : May need more information what you have , it seems to be cellulitis , the way you are describing , needs to be check. The concern is breast lymph node that need to be check as well as breast exam , see physician immediatly
