Mamm gland left breast gets sore every month & then goes away. will swell and then go down. 4 mo ago mamm/breast check normal. have dense breasts. is there a concern here? what could be causing left breast area to get sore/right breast does same?

At your age hormonal cycling is not an explanation for the recurrent symptoms. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
