Not a good idea: Zantrex-3 is a pill that contains caffeine and makes you hyper and used by some to loose weight and relacore calms you down.So you are using one pill to make you super hyper and the other to calm you down.It does not make any sense to take them togetther if you are taking these to loose weight it will not help and can be dangerous.I will advice to consult your doctor and nutritionist to loose weig.

I won't recommend: Taking both diet pills at the same time. Always consult your dr before taking any otc diet herbal meds. Be sure that your blood pressure , ekg and thyroid function are normal before you take these meds. Diet and exercise are still the cornerstone to weight loss. Bless u!
