I have a bad back due to a severe bulging disc which i had a laminectomy for i take flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) 10 mg three times a day wondering if i can take an extra ?

No: 30 mg daily is,th maximum dose,for cyclobenzaprine. This may cause excess daytime sedation, so,use needs to,be with care, and muscle relaxants typically are not used forever. If your need has gone over a month, ask,your doc what is being treated and if,there is a better option for treatment. Or,,see a pain doc
