Depends: Those findings can mean either a severe urinary tract infection if you have symptoms(fever, pain, discomfort) or nothing.Sometimes urine can get contaminated with blood and white cells from vagina. So best is to see ur doctor and evaluate further.Also some cronic kidney disease can cause blood and white cells in the urine.
