Pain in abdomen 1 to 2 inches right from belly button for 24hr went to clinic dr did blood and urine tests neg for appen. is that accurate enough ?

No: Symptoms of appendicitis is typically rlq pain preceding nausea . But that alone is not enough to diagnose. An elevated white blood cell count is suggestive but a cat scan more definitive.
