Tooth Removal?: Dental insurance is not required to get dental care. You currently have 2 options: 1) go to a dentist and pay out of your pocket for what appears to the need to have the tooth removed. 2) check to see if you have a program like mission of mercy in your area. Usually this is a volunteer operation that may be able to remove you tooth at no direct cost to you.

No home remedy: You will need dental care, with or without insurance. A dental school or a hospital residency with a dental program may be able to offer you a lower fee than a private office. A credit card is a payment plan, so you may want to pay with that. Small businesses cannot afford to loan money to their clients...That is not part of their obligation to you.
