Sinusitis: The ear discomfort can definitely be related if there was congestion in your posterior pharynx or the post nasal discharge caused ear infection. Lower, rather than upper dental pain, is a little unusual but not out of the question. Are you sure you do not have a gingival or dental problem?

Yes: Go to doctor for evaluation and treatment. When your teeth and ears start hurting those can be a sign of worsening sinus infection not just a cold.

Not related: A sinus "toothache" is a type of referred tooth pain caused by an inflammation of the maxillary sinus or a sinusitis. The roots of the upper molar teeth in the back of the jaw may be too close to the floor of the maxillary sinus and you perceive sinus pain like a tooth pain. In your case the location of the tooth has no connection to a sinus. See your dentist for tooth pain.

No: Sinus infections can be related to upper, not lower tooth pain. See Dentist ASAP to find cause and treat.
