See your doctor: The abdominal pain and swelling may be due to zithromax but it can not cause sore throat and cough what is the reason for your doctor to prescribe zithromax in first place.I will suggest that you see your doctor asap for your abdominal pain and swelling or go to er if the pain is too bad ANS associated with vomiting.
