Its your rhomboids: At your age with no history of trauma to the area, it is likely a muscle spasm of your rhomboid(s). These reach from your center spine area to underneath your scapula, which makes them difficult to reach for stretching or massage. Try getting to physical therapy for ultrasound, massage, stretching and moist heat to the area. And don't do any activity to aggravate the symptoms until resolved.
