Couple options: You may be developing a viral infection in the lungs or even pneumonia. If you have a cough, fever or shortness of breath I would go to an urgent care or your doctor to be checked. It can also be muscle tension and / or spasms. For that a chiropractor would be my first choice for treatment of the problem!
