Rare to be cancer: In the medical literature, the rate of cancer found in an endometrial polyp ranges from less than 1% to 8%, with an average around 5%. Approx 95% of them are benign.
Please get it removed and let a pathologist look at it under a microscope to see if any cancer is present.
