Alopecia arreata: It sounds like you may have alopecia arreata, circumscribed area of hair loss. See a dermatologist in your area as soon as possible for further evaluation and treatment.

Infection: You could have acquired scalp infection. Check with a dermatologist. If hair loss were all around then advice would be different.
