Stye: Boils occur on the skin elsewhere on the body. On the lids, blocked and infected glands are called styes. Most occur singly but some can come in crops. Try using very warm soaks every 2-3 hours for 4 minutes at a time for several days. If that does not work then see your ophthalmologist.
