See MD: Probably within normal limits. However without more information, it would be wise to see your MD to make sure you have no lingering intracranial injuries like subdural hematoma.

Post-traumatic HA: Headache is one of the most common symptoms after traumatic head injury. Take NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for headache control, drink a lot of water, rest and keep headache diary.
