No home remedy: If you have had this for over a month and it has not drained, there is no home remedy to cure it. From your description it most likely needs drained and antibiotics. Check in your community, there may be a free clinic you can go to. If not, you can go to the ER,, they will treat you and bill you later and may be able to help with payment options or any aid that you qualify for.
