Fix it or Forget it: Try to think why is this person irritating you? Is it just this person? Is the problem with this person fixable by talking to them? Can you avoid this person? The only person you can change is sitting in your chair. You can change your attitude, or location or solve the problem. You cannot change another person. Fix the situation or forget it. If that doesn't work see a therapist.
