Restlessness: You might consider aerobic exercise before you study, and eliminate caffeine too. If you become restless while studying, breathing exercises may help. Breathe in through your nose to the count of 4, hold your breath to the count of 7, and breathe out through your mouth to the count of 8, with a "whoosh." do 4 rounds of this to start. Practice 3 times/day, even when not restless. Good luck.
