Wellbutrin (bupropion) XL: A single dose of wellbutrin (bupropion) xl is not likely to last in the blood for two weeks. There are at least two problems with this situation: the lack of an active medication can bring back the symptoms that it was treating; and the abrupt drop in the wellbutrin (bupropion) level can cause unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Please call your psychiatrist to explain your situation asap.

Try on call Dr.: It's possible your depression could relapse in that time off meds. I suggest you contact your doc to get a two week supply to last until your appointment. If the doc isn't available, try urgent care walk in clinic.
