I want to know if it normal for there to be a numb spot where i received my epidural 2 years ago? back pain is also a symptom.

See your doctor: It may be normal - or at least, a side effect - to have some numbness where you got an epidural, but if you are having back pain you should see your doctor about that. If it has been 2 years since your delivery, it's not likely an acute issue like an infection or abscess, but there could be nerve damage. An MRI would likely be helpful.

Not normal: If you are having back pain as described, the numbness may be due to something structural with the spine and not the epidural. Please contact a local MD for an examination and assessment of your back problem.
