I had a hit to the fore head got a concussion pcs. mri showed no bleeding. still in extreme pain had raccoon eyes too. can an mri detect a broken skull i socket or nose?

Raccoon eyes would be expected from blood that gravity brings down from a forehead wound. MRI is great for tissue assessment /injury, but CT is better for bony structures. Eye socket injury would often show other physical signs. Discuss the remaining issues with your doc.

MRI likely has ruled out any significant facial fracture, but a CAT scan if clinically indicated would depict a more accurate bone injury. Perhaps a visit to a neurologist might be the next step.
