I fell on friday and hit my head really hard.. i didn't go to doctor but slept the entire next day. i had a scheduled mri before i fell and it showed a bleed.. 2 days after i was sent to er cat scan was done. showed no bleed still in pain am i okay?

Tight follow up will be needed with your primary care doc and neurologist and for multiple reasons: fall prevention, current symptom control and clarification regarding the possibility of an intracranial bleed to name a few.
