After a septoplasty why would bleeding occur from 7- 10 days after surgery.why these specific days and not before.am scared to go out during those day?

Bleeding: Bleeding can occur at any time after surgery until you are healed. At day 7-10 the body has released chemicals to break up clotted blood. Sometimes a clot is removed from a blood vessel and it starts to bleed. Be careful and you should be fine.
