Bleeding: Bleeding can occur at any time after surgery until you are healed. At day 7-10 the body has released chemicals to break up clotted blood. Sometimes a clot is removed from a blood vessel and it starts to bleed. Be careful and you should be fine.

Drying post op: Sometimes patient can experience drying of the mucosa post op. Saline nasal mist can help with this. It the bleeding persists you need to return to your surgeon.
