I'm a 21-year-old female who drinks heavily i've just been feeling under the weather lately. most of my symptoms match cirrhosis. is it possible?

Unlikely: You're too young to have cirrhosis of the liver yet but you could have alcoholic hepatitis and you're on your way to cirrhosis. CIRRHOSIS: Unlikely at your age although not unheard of. Most likely an alcoholic hepatitis. (inflamed liver) your pcp can do a lab test to diagnose called ggtp. If you cannot moderate your drinking seek treatment.
