Allergies: Typical allergies are runny/itchy eyes & nose with sneezing. If you have these along with congestion then a cold is a possibility. Either way, start treatment with a once daily, non-sedating antihistamine like zyrtec or allegra (fexofenadine). If symptoms are not relieved after a few days of this treatment, then you might add otc sudafed for the congestion for additional supportive care.
