Time: The pink line will fade with time. Will always have small scar but eventually you will be the only one who knows lots there.

Have it evaluated: It may take time for the color difference to go away, but if the cut is sun-exposed, it may heal unevenly. Sometimes, the pink area persists due to pt picking a scar- avoid this. If the pink area is still moist, heaped up, or is ulcerated, it may be infected. Only an appropriate examination by a medical professional can determine this.
