I have a few cuts to dermis on lower leg. got bandaged, but leaks dark yellow, thin fluid when moist. the cut itself looks yellow inside and puffy whitish when moistened. is it healthy or is it beginning to get infected?

Maybe, maybe not.: The signs of infection are increasing pain, increasing redness, warmth and pus, which is thickish yellow or green. Clear yellow fluid is normal, if not excessive, (it is called serous fluid). That said, if the wound is looking worse and not better, do get it checked out.
