I had a bug bite that i picked at and now is an open cut on my leg. i think its infected and my leg hurts from it. what should i do?

Have it looked at: You can clean the site with peroxide, dry it & apply antibiotic cream.Then apply heat for a while to see if it will improve on it's own. However,if the infection is expanding within the tissue layers you will need to have it evaluated & may be placed on an antibiotic.
