Needs a thorough MD: She needs to see a good clinician who will thoughtfully address each of these problems with a systematic and detailed evaluation. Choose a recommended pcp (family practitioner or internist) and go from there. Without a full history, exam and labs there is no way to solve these problems on the internet. Hope she gets better soon.

Tough question: Your girlfriend has several issues, and any guesses would be just that-guesses. It is best she see a dr. And get a full evaluation with possible testing to properly diagnose her, so she can get started on the treatment best suited for her. Good luck.
