You should see your gynecologist so that you can be examined as the first step to diagnosing your symptoms. Occasionally, there is a cycle where ovulation does not occur and a period is missed. A blood test can be done to determine if you are pregnant or not-the home pregnancy test may be incorrect. So, see your gyn doctor for diagnosis/treatment. Best of luck to you!

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
