Prickly Heat: It sounds like your form of skin rashes may not be prickly heat. If by cooling your skin or taking frequent baths the condition does not resolve, then you may have something else. Consult a dermatologist for an good history and physical examination for a better or more accurate diagnosis.

Dermatitis: Could have contact dermatitis if you have changed detergent or soap this could be a cause. See a dermatologist.
