If aleve (naproxen) does not help achy swollen joints and i have had a previous mi, is there anything else thati can take?

Why swollen joints?: With multiple joints swelling & achy, you have to ask why, not just treat symptoms. This can be gout, an autoimmune disease or other systemic inflammation, even from food allergies/sensitivities. For "regular" osteoarthritis, focus on over-the-counter supplements that are safe and clinically effective: glucosamine, omega 3s, msm, same. A vegan diet will help too as it is less inflammatory.
