Naproxen : Not aware of a direct effect to cause joint pain but many times what is interested as spin or the indirect cause of pain in the hands is swelling which gives feeling of stiffness tightness and can cause nerve and tendon pressure So man prison can cause fluid retention and swelling in hands so iplease discuss this side effect with your doctors as it may extend to other NSAIDs and signal issues
