Need more info: Can't answer based on limited info. Liver problems usually lead to bleeding problems so taking blood thinners might hurt you.

Not related: Blood thinners don't cause liver problems. The action of blood thinners occurs in the liver. It doesn't harm the liver. If you need a blood thinner, you need a blood thinner!
