If you are taking a stains, blood thinning, hypertension medication, should your blood liver and kidney profile be normal?

Lab tests: Person of unknown age, gender, ethnicity, medical Hx asks if taking stains(statins?), BP meds, blood thinner should blood liver and kid profile be normal? ANS: usually if all going well and eating correctly they should all be normal. If on Coumadin (warfarin) clotting tests should not be "normal" but in therapeutic range. These ?
