See Doctor: If you are sexually active (even just receiving oral) you could have an std. If you are not sexually active, it could be oily skin, excessive sweating, or any number of things maybe caused by hormonal changes. You regular doctor or a dermatologist should be bale to help in that case. Also, if you shave the area, that could be causing this to occur.
