dry skin on my uper back.looks like dry mud and itches sometimes at night. recently i've been getting pimples there too.what can i do?

See your doctor: or a dermatologist. It sounds like it could be eczema or psoriasis. The only way to be sure is to have it looked at, so that it can be treated properly.
