I had a suture granuloma removed 7 months ago by a general surgeon. it's back again. will i need another surgery? will it be back every time?

Shouldn't: Should be able to get past this might want to avoid type of suture used many brands available you just might not like vicryl, stainless steel wire is least reactive its an old trick ive used before talk to surgeon about what changes can be made to avoid in future.

Possibly as: The the stitch/suture was not completely removed first time... Sometimes they come out spontaneously...
