Depends: It is unusual for women past their mid 40s to conceive though it does happen. While medically it is possible with donor eggs for women to conceive well past menopause, there are medical concerns about the health of the mother, and ethical concerns about bringing a child into the world in which the mother is unlikely to live long enough too see them through to adulthood.
