Alli is available : Otc and by prescription, depending on strength. Talk to your doctor to make sure that you have no medical reason for your morbid obesity. If not, there are many ways of dealing with this problem before medicine or surgery.

Weight loss meds: At 5'5 and 320 lbs, you are over 100 lbs your ideal body weight. There aren't many medicines on the market and none that can successfully achieve weight loss on that scale. Your best bet is to meet with your physicians and choose a dietician and a personal trainer. Long term success on that scale is possible but likely to be achieved only through a medically supervised diet and exercise plan.
