Can i tale alli weight loss pills (orlistat) if i have crohnes, and possibly cronic constipation also ?

Not recommended: One of the potential side effects of orlistat is intestinal cramping bloating and fatty stools. With your history of inflammatory bowel disease (crohn's), you might already be experiencing these symptoms and the use of Alli or prescription orlistat can make them worst.

Orlistat: Orlistat inhibits gastric and pancreatic lipases and prevents triglyceride hydrolysis and results in decreased absorption of dietary fats. This typically causes fatty stools and diarrhea. I am unaware of contraindication with Chron's
