No: I'm not familiar with k2t, but vitamin c and lysine should at best be considered supplements in a program of cardiac rehabilitation. These will not clear calcified atherosclerotic plaques. Like much else, the best approach here is lifestyle -- be as active as your physician says you can --, then perhaps prescription meds and wisely-chosen supplements.
