Doctor. i have a 2mm calcification in my brain. i found out about it when i had a computer tomography. i have been having a headache on the right side of my head. does calcification in brain go away itself? does vitamin k2 help?

Calcification usually reflects injury and consequent healing. Such lesions do not usually progress, nor they regress or disappear. The headache may or may not be related to imaging findings. Vitamin K2 is not likely to help.
