Penis pain & fever: This is very unusual and i would highly recommend contacting your child's pediatrician. This is not a typical combination and may represent an entirely different process such as urinary tract infection.

Any other problemes.: Pain in the penis is usually not due to the penis. It more often is due to pelvic muscle spasms due to constipation or bladder hyperactivity. Often giving a child a laxative will improve things. Rarely, the pain may be due to a kidney stone. If he has other problems beside the pain, see his pediatertrion.

Keep checking : Keep checking for the pain in penis , if recurrent , see pediatrician , could be start of a urinary tract infection , if he says occurs while peeing.
