Hope it goes well: I suggest bringing or requesting transfer of copies of MRI or lab tests that you have done (ask the medical records in hospital regarding policy- your pcp might have already done that). The neurologist will ask questions regarding possible symptoms you might have experienced in the last few years. It would be helpful to have a list of all the medications you are currently on and any drug allergies.
