Good day, would like a second opinion around ms , a doctor diagnosed my wife with ms but the doc seems unclear. as she says "this looks like ms" on scans but seems blood work and lumbar punch is clear. please help with advice?

2nd opinion: I would recommend a second opinion from a neurologist with a special interest in multiple sclerosis.
