You decide: The "ideal weight" charts are entertainment and subscience. Your best weight is whatever looks and feels right to you. The body mass index was really never intended for individuals. The olympic runners would all be "underweight" while ultra-fit football linebackers are "obese". If your body looks and feels right to you & you compete successfully in sports, you're at a good weight.
