More info needed: Are the marks raised, flat, round, irregular? Have they opened up and drained or are they just a change in pigment? Are you fair skinned or dark skinned? Has there been an injury? How long have they been there, and have they changed in appearance? These are important questions to be answered. The condition should be evaluated by a podiatrist or dermatologist.
