A member asked:

What are the different types of treatment (medical or homemade) for athlete's foot?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually topicals: Athletes foot is often best treated using topical creams. Best is terbinafine cream used twice a day for two weeks. You also want to make sure you disinfect your shoes so you don't reinfect yourself with fungus every time you put your shoes on. If that doesn't do the trick, visit your podiatrist for prescription solutions.
