Stye?: Your description sounds like a stye. I assume you meant inner lower eyelid, rather than eye. A stye (hordeolum) is a plugged oil gland in the eyelid, which can sometimes become infected. Alternatively, it could be an plugged (and possibly infected) tear duct (dacryocystitis). In either case, i recommend seeing an ophthalmologist to be sure.
